When requesting the services of a design firm, it isn't always possible to compare "apples to apples". No two sets of plans will ever be drawn the same way. Here at Gulizia Graphics, we prepare our drawings a little differently. Here at Gulizia Graphics we use only state of the art CAD programs. Up until 2011, we relied exclusively on the CAD program “Autocad” which has been the industry standard in most offices and firms. In the beginning of 2011, we switched over the next evolution of CAD software by using a Building Information Modeling program called “Revit”. This allowed us to stay competitive and also provide even more detail and project information to our clients.

Plans drawn in CAD and with specific CAD programs that are available will enhance the quality of your project. All aspects of the project are drawn in “real world” instances where walls, windows, roofs, etc. have real properties and can be quantified. This has the added benefit that nothing can be “faked”. If it doesn’t work in the project, it isn’t going to work out in the field. All drawings are prepared in a 3D environment and cross checked with all building sub-assemblies to ensure that all components work as planned.

Printings of your plans are done on site so there are no delays for your project. Our printer is a 6 color Hewlett Packard printer that uses pigment-based UV resistant ink to insure there will be little or no fading of your documents or images. Our highest print quality is 1200x600 dpi (on glossy media).

A wide range of sizes and paper types are available. Our printer is capable of wide format printing up to 42" wide by 100' long. While capable of printing black on white with great clarity, this printer really shines when used to print large, high definition images. Our printer can do any type of poster printing on a wide range of media types.
